The Restaurant at the End of the Universe

We would entertain a refund, only on the below condition/conditions are full-filled:

1. For any Return/Refund of order/orders, the buyer/customer shall intimate within 10 days of delivery from their kitabay dashboard or Instagram Page "kitabay.store" or an email on kitabay.com@gmail.com, mentioning the reason of return. Upon reviewing, the amount would be subsequently refunded deducting a reverse shipment charge estimating to 40% of the order amount.
2. A full Refund amount would be credited if cancellation request is sent before it gets dispatched from kitabay warehouse facility. Once the order is dispatched, you can make cancellation request upon successful delivery, where a reverse shipment charge estimating to 40% of the order amount would be deducted from the refundable amount.
3. For product "Mystery Box", a Return request would mean the return of the whole box along with it's entire content. No individual item/content/book can be separately canceled/replaced/returned. For a Return/Refund of "Mystery Box", the buyer/customer shall intimate within 10 days of delivery from their kitabay dashboard or Instagram Page "kitabay.store" or an email on kitabay.com@gmail.com, mentioning the reason of return. Upon reviewing, the amount would be subsequently refunded deducting a reverse shipment charge estimating to 40% of the order amount.

Note:

1. Estimated time to process and credit the refund amount may take up to 7 days.
2. Our return address will be as mentioned on the billing invoice as well as at Contact Us page.
3. Refund would be issued using the same mode of payment, used while placing the order.
4. At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
5. Shipping cost would be deducted for reverse shipment in case of refund.
6. We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, COD charges if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

To initiate Full Refund:

Once a package is received, the buyer can opt to return the order/consignment at their cost, to initiate full refund. The buyer would be responsible to manage the return process along with the freight charges. In this case, once the package reaches us a full Refund would be initiated.

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address including any form of a PO Box address.
2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
3. Package refused by recipient.
4. Products returned in a damaged condition.
5. Missing contents of the product.
