We would entertain the return, only if cancellation request is sent before it gets dispatched from kitabay warehouse facility. Once the order is dispatched, you can make cancellation request upon successful delivery, where shipment cost would be deducted from the refundable amount.
For any return/refund, the buyer/customer shall intimate within 24 hours of delivery from their kitabay dashboard or an email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Estimated time to process and credit the refund amount may take up to 7-10 days.
Our return address will be as mentioned on the billing invoice as well as at Contact Us page.
If you have any questions or clarification you can mail us and we shall assist you on how to have the product sent back to us.
Refunds on Returns:
Refund would be issued using the same mode of payment, used while placing the order.
At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
Shipping cost would be deducted for both the sides in case of refund.
We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
*Once a package is received, the return has to be made at the buyer’s end at their cost, to initiate refund/exchange.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a damaged condition.
